What we make

Guolian has four core product lines:

• Inorganic silicon compounds: colloidal silica, lithium silicate and inorganic binders, covered on this website
• Acrylic emulsions for architectural, waterproofing and anti-corrosion coatings
• Leather chemicals
• Polyurethane dispersions

These products serve coatings, leather, printing ink, packaging and construction manufacturers in China and abroad. This English website currently covers the inorganic silicon line. For other product lines, please contact us.

Certifications and documents

• ISO 9001:2015 quality management system: certificate F06726Q02174R353, valid to May 2029
• ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system: certificate 24CN34505659E, valid to May 2027
• Both certificates were issued by ACM International Certification to Jiangsu Guolian Technology Co., Ltd. They can be verified on the certification body website and on the CNCA website.
• Documents with every product: TDS, SDS in the GHS 16-section format, and a certificate of analysis for every batch.

Sustainability rating

Our production plant was assessed by EcoVadis, the global business sustainability rating platform, and received a Bronze medal in June 2025, placing it in the top 35% of all companies rated. The assessment covers environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Research behind the product

Guolian runs its own coatings research institute. The same team develops our products and supports customers' formulations. That is why our data sheets include starting formulations, and why we can make silica sol grades and lithium silicate moduli to a customer's specification.

Our head office and plant are at No. 32 Xianan Road, Xiagang Subdistrict, Lingang New City, Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China. We also have branch offices in Beijing, Changzhou, Xinji, Shaoxing and Guangzhou.
